Toshiba Q Series

Toshiba Q Series is using 19nm toggle MLC nand flsh drive. Flextors are using also same IC. 21 naoo toggle MLC was used in Samsung 840 Pro series.  TCL was used in cheap version of Samsung 840.  TLC was usually much slower than MLC.

Toshiba Q series products has 552MB/s of reading and 501MBs of writing speed. Whereas Samsung  840 series ahas 530MB/s of reading and 130 MB/s of writing speed.
